WavinTools provides free online audio processing tools including BPM detection, key detection, audio format conversion, tempo changing, pitch shifting, silence removal, bass boosting, audio looping, and related utilities.

All tools operate entirely within your web browser. No audio files are uploaded to our servers. The service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

You may use WavinTools for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial projects. You agree not to:

• Use the service to process audio files you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways that harm performance for other users
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

3.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all audio files you process using WavinTools. Since files are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers, we have no access to or claim over your content.

3.2 Our Service

The WavinTools website, interface, and code are owned by WavinTools. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website design or code without permission.

3.3 Third-Party Libraries

WavinTools uses open-source libraries including ffmpeg (LGPL license) and other MIT-licensed packages. Their respective licenses apply to those components.

WavinTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Processing results will be 100% accurate (BPM detection, key detection, etc.)
• The service will be compatible with all browsers or devices
• All audio formats will be supported

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WavinTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we are not responsible for any issues arising from browser compatibility, device performance, or the quality of processed audio output.

Your use of WavinTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WavinTools displays advertisements to support the free service. By using WavinTools, you agree to the display of advertisements. We strive to ensure ads are non-intrusive and do not interfere with tool functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of WavinTools at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WavinTools shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
